Independent Program Operator Relationship<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that <\/span><strong>Pickleball With Rob LLC<\/strong><span> operates certain instruction, classes, camps, clinics, and training programs conducted at the facilities of <\/span><strong>PickUS Canton LLC dba PickUS Pickleball Club<\/strong><span> located at 8462 Ronda Drive, Canton, Michigan 48187.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"ea466bf0423902db006bc4bc4798d3677\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>Pickleball With Rob LLC is an <\/span><strong>independent business entity providing instruction and programming<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"e420db542a03cf354826631d67fda521d\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>PickUS Pickleball Club provides the <\/span><strong>courts, facilities, and venue<\/strong><span> where Activities occur.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"e331a242c32d2f2c4a06fdf7ff1ec7439\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>The Instructor and Facility remain <\/span><strong>separate independent entities<\/strong><span>, even when collaborating in hosting Activities.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I agree that the waivers, releases, and protections in this Agreement apply <\/span><strong>separately and collectively<\/strong><span> to both the Instructor and the Facility and their respective representatives.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Instructor and the Facility.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>2. Voluntary Participation<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that my participation in the Activities is voluntary.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I represent that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e7f77727d185de548bd35fb93ae629c29\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>I am physically and mentally capable of participating safely.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0d30fc4d1cba456755d2016517d6e7ee\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e09a3f73db19c301514ea7ccea0f2c113\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I will follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>3. Assumption of Risk<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that pickleball and related Activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the level of care exercised by the Released Parties.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>These risks include but are not limited to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e23c6c26317d39e0ffb6dfe31ccf83b22\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>slips, trips, and falls<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e8923612186ecdd8199addf9302094dd3\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>collisions with players or spectators<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e7de01100eec9d829e8c7302530c2ae2a\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>being struck by paddles or pickleballs<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"efcbf6dc8b31e324ba30252c6be71a68a\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>sudden physical movements such as lunging, pivoting, or sprinting<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ecf49a8f87b048d059a0162cecf5fcc76\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>contact with nets, posts, fencing, walls, or barriers<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ed9f0e9bef4d32ac5fcc1c6d93cb5cb16\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>equipment malfunction<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e226640976e4b6338e1a949344dd4b87c\" value=\"7\">\n        <span>uneven or slippery playing surfaces<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>Injuries may include but are not limited to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ef69a11a129778b00e2d0eef2659a1f00\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>sprains and strains<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e27e17a4a6a3193f412fbfe78ca327d0c\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>broken bones<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e16a0ca9a305193ddf2b4b299536c76a5\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>concussions or head injuries<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0bfebadf3b64eb1595f6eeadf4055cbd\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>dehydration or heat illness<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e5f22e56cf4e2de555c84896f8a848d95\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>aggravation of pre-existing injuries<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eb6ae1f272db24dea9f8dbad6eb52dbf0\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>permanent disability or death<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I knowingly and voluntarily <\/span><strong>assume all risks associated with participation in the Activities<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>4. Waiver and Release of Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Michigan, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e36399f5428372cb134a8a7308f1cfe6f\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>participation in Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ecddecb4b47ea3b8faa97136998b806a0\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>instruction or coaching<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e828250093989df5a3e10bb29b769a21c\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>use of courts, equipment, or facilities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e79770752bced5867d668476fbb098288\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>conditions of the premises<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eb50421e9131df003d248194524ebfb1a\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>supervision of Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eee2519582ed88f5352ee8b6e6231bb5b\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>spectator attendance<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>This release includes claims arising from the <\/span><strong>ordinary negligence<\/strong><span> of the Released Parties.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>5. Indemnification and Hold Harmless<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e545c55a66b18f36b479047a0a3f737a9\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>my participation in Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e1158fd736fa2826b6548f4649cf36844\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>my violation of rules or instructions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea7aac1657cfef79469d5b516922c9d04\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>my negligent or intentional actions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ed58b1ce79503e52cab12f067f1212e54\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>the participation of any minor under my supervision<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>6. Spectator and Guest Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that spectators and guests attending Activities may also be exposed to risks including stray balls, player collisions, or other hazards typical in athletic environments.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>By entering the Facility, I agree that the terms of this Agreement apply whether I am <\/span><strong>participating in Activities or observing them<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>7. Medical Authorization<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical care deemed necessary.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses resulting from my participation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>8. Personal Property<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>9. Alcohol Consumption and Event Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Certain Activities or events hosted at the Facility may involve the availability or consumption of alcoholic beverages.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>If I choose to consume alcohol, I agree that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e95a57a3e65585540d0c750639fac7e19\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>I do so voluntarily and responsibly<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e366200c3cdcfbc1ad8e7e35863bfa3c6\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>I remain responsible for my own behavior and safety<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3ba03b7c9980122a9339f47a20bbf89a\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I will not participate in Activities if impaired<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that alcohol consumption may increase the risk of injury.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I release the Released Parties from any liability arising from injuries, damages, or incidents associated with alcohol consumption during or after Activities.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>10. Photo, Video, and Media Release<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I grant the Released Parties permission to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance during participation in Activities.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I grant a <\/span><strong>perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license<\/strong><span> to use such media for purposes including:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea5c7e2bb60abe5a4f1a9043a9c97d786\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>social media<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3408243abd35420724171bc3d378ec70\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>marketing and advertising<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea7bc7f6b0d37b8021aee45f9d6b7a204\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>promotional campaigns<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e5cc24203ce2b8baea320978ee69f77d5\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>instructional materials<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ef8fc659dbc8c4458616a87fc5cbcd9dd\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>sponsorship and partnership promotions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ee7d902a48c93b766d1b9cdfc425fb888\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>digital or print publications<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>Media may be edited, reproduced, distributed, or combined with other materials.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I waive the right to review or approve final content and waive any right to compensation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I release the Released Parties from any claims related to the use of such media.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>10a. Social Media, Content Distribution &amp; Viral Media Risk<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that participation in Activities may result in my image, voice, name, likeness, or statements being captured in photos, videos, livestreams, or other media by the Released Parties or third-party media partners.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ee7d95c41552f88858593c7cf427a2574\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>Media may be shared publicly, may become viral, or may be reposted by affiliates, sponsors, or partners.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea300e092b0811eceb7e1a36f534fc82e\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>The Released Parties have no obligation to remove content once it is published or shared.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3d1a8e2adf2d2768b535a8c1ea8d056f\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim compensation for content in which I appear, now or in the future.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0fe7f8345895ba25bbb08bf8faba711b\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>I release the Released Parties from claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, violation of publicity rights, or emotional distress.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>If the participant is under 18, the parent\/guardian grants this release on behalf of the minor and agrees to indemnify the Released Parties for any claims arising from media use.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>11. Minor Participant Agreement<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>The parent or guardian:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e528f35f0e01f1b48bd5804060b1e2968\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>consents to the minor\u2019s participation<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea74fd0969c237494147a519873c02a0f\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>assumes all risks on behalf of the minor<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea29068ae58edd435c9977ea080d660df\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>agrees to all waiver and indemnification provisions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e4021cf270a0f71ac1edb0cf3971e26ee\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>grants media consent on behalf of the minor<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>The parent\/guardian represents they have legal authority to enter into this Agreement.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>12. Independent Program Operator Relationship<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that <\/span><strong>Pickleball With Rob LLC<\/strong><span> operates certain instruction, classes, camps, clinics, and training programs conducted at the facilities of <\/span><strong>PickUS Canton LLC dba PickUS Pickleball Club<\/strong><span> located at 8462 Ronda Drive, Canton, Michigan 48187.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"ea466bf0423902db006bc4bc4798d3677\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>Pickleball With Rob LLC is an <\/span><strong>independent business entity providing instruction and programming<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"e420db542a03cf354826631d67fda521d\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>PickUS Pickleball Club provides the <\/span><strong>courts, facilities, and venue<\/strong><span> where Activities occur.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <li data-list-item-id=\"e331a242c32d2f2c4a06fdf7ff1ec7439\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>The Instructor and Facility remain <\/span><strong>separate independent entities<\/strong><span>, even when collaborating in hosting Activities.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I agree that the waivers, releases, and protections in this Agreement apply <\/span><strong>separately and collectively<\/strong><span> to both the Instructor and the Facility and their respective representatives.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Instructor and the Facility.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>2. Voluntary Participation<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that my participation in the Activities is voluntary.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I represent that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e7f77727d185de548bd35fb93ae629c29\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>I am physically and mentally capable of participating safely.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0d30fc4d1cba456755d2016517d6e7ee\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e09a3f73db19c301514ea7ccea0f2c113\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I will follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>3. Assumption of Risk<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that pickleball and related Activities involve inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the level of care exercised by the Released Parties.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>These risks include but are not limited to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e23c6c26317d39e0ffb6dfe31ccf83b22\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>slips, trips, and falls<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e8923612186ecdd8199addf9302094dd3\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>collisions with players or spectators<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e7de01100eec9d829e8c7302530c2ae2a\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>being struck by paddles or pickleballs<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"efcbf6dc8b31e324ba30252c6be71a68a\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>sudden physical movements such as lunging, pivoting, or sprinting<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ecf49a8f87b048d059a0162cecf5fcc76\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>contact with nets, posts, fencing, walls, or barriers<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ed9f0e9bef4d32ac5fcc1c6d93cb5cb16\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>equipment malfunction<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e226640976e4b6338e1a949344dd4b87c\" value=\"7\">\n        <span>uneven or slippery playing surfaces<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>Injuries may include but are not limited to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ef69a11a129778b00e2d0eef2659a1f00\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>sprains and strains<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e27e17a4a6a3193f412fbfe78ca327d0c\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>broken bones<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e16a0ca9a305193ddf2b4b299536c76a5\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>concussions or head injuries<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0bfebadf3b64eb1595f6eeadf4055cbd\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>dehydration or heat illness<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e5f22e56cf4e2de555c84896f8a848d95\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>aggravation of pre-existing injuries<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eb6ae1f272db24dea9f8dbad6eb52dbf0\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>permanent disability or death<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I knowingly and voluntarily <\/span><strong>assume all risks associated with participation in the Activities<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>4. Waiver and Release of Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Michigan, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e36399f5428372cb134a8a7308f1cfe6f\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>participation in Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ecddecb4b47ea3b8faa97136998b806a0\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>instruction or coaching<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e828250093989df5a3e10bb29b769a21c\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>use of courts, equipment, or facilities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e79770752bced5867d668476fbb098288\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>conditions of the premises<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eb50421e9131df003d248194524ebfb1a\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>supervision of Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"eee2519582ed88f5352ee8b6e6231bb5b\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>spectator attendance<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>This release includes claims arising from the <\/span><strong>ordinary negligence<\/strong><span> of the Released Parties.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>5. Indemnification and Hold Harmless<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e545c55a66b18f36b479047a0a3f737a9\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>my participation in Activities<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e1158fd736fa2826b6548f4649cf36844\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>my violation of rules or instructions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea7aac1657cfef79469d5b516922c9d04\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>my negligent or intentional actions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ed58b1ce79503e52cab12f067f1212e54\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>the participation of any minor under my supervision<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>6. Spectator and Guest Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that spectators and guests attending Activities may also be exposed to risks including stray balls, player collisions, or other hazards typical in athletic environments.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>By entering the Facility, I agree that the terms of this Agreement apply whether I am <\/span><strong>participating in Activities or observing them<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>7. Medical Authorization<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical care deemed necessary.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses resulting from my participation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>8. Personal Property<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>9. Alcohol Consumption and Event Liability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Certain Activities or events hosted at the Facility may involve the availability or consumption of alcoholic beverages.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>If I choose to consume alcohol, I agree that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e95a57a3e65585540d0c750639fac7e19\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>I do so voluntarily and responsibly<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e366200c3cdcfbc1ad8e7e35863bfa3c6\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>I remain responsible for my own behavior and safety<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3ba03b7c9980122a9339f47a20bbf89a\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I will not participate in Activities if impaired<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that alcohol consumption may increase the risk of injury.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I release the Released Parties from any liability arising from injuries, damages, or incidents associated with alcohol consumption during or after Activities.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>10. Photo, Video, and Media Release<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I grant the Released Parties permission to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance during participation in Activities.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I grant a <\/span><strong>perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license<\/strong><span> to use such media for purposes including:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea5c7e2bb60abe5a4f1a9043a9c97d786\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>social media<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3408243abd35420724171bc3d378ec70\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>marketing and advertising<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea7bc7f6b0d37b8021aee45f9d6b7a204\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>promotional campaigns<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e5cc24203ce2b8baea320978ee69f77d5\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>instructional materials<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ef8fc659dbc8c4458616a87fc5cbcd9dd\" value=\"5\">\n        <span>sponsorship and partnership promotions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ee7d902a48c93b766d1b9cdfc425fb888\" value=\"6\">\n        <span>digital or print publications<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>Media may be edited, reproduced, distributed, or combined with other materials.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I waive the right to review or approve final content and waive any right to compensation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I release the Released Parties from any claims related to the use of such media.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>10a. Social Media, Content Distribution &amp; Viral Media Risk<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I understand that participation in Activities may result in my image, voice, name, likeness, or statements being captured in photos, videos, livestreams, or other media by the Released Parties or third-party media partners.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge that:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ee7d95c41552f88858593c7cf427a2574\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>Media may be shared publicly, may become viral, or may be reposted by affiliates, sponsors, or partners.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea300e092b0811eceb7e1a36f534fc82e\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>The Released Parties have no obligation to remove content once it is published or shared.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e3d1a8e2adf2d2768b535a8c1ea8d056f\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>I waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim compensation for content in which I appear, now or in the future.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e0fe7f8345895ba25bbb08bf8faba711b\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>I release the Released Parties from claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, violation of publicity rights, or emotional distress.<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>If the participant is under 18, the parent\/guardian grants this release on behalf of the minor and agrees to indemnify the Released Parties for any claims arising from media use.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>11. Minor Participant Agreement<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>The parent or guardian:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e528f35f0e01f1b48bd5804060b1e2968\" value=\"1\">\n        <span>consents to the minor\u2019s participation<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea74fd0969c237494147a519873c02a0f\" value=\"2\">\n        <span>assumes all risks on behalf of the minor<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"ea29068ae58edd435c9977ea080d660df\" value=\"3\">\n        <span>agrees to all waiver and indemnification provisions<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n    <lidata-list-item-id=\"e4021cf270a0f71ac1edb0cf3971e26ee\" value=\"4\">\n        <span>grants media consent on behalf of the minor<\/span>\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    <span>The parent\/guardian represents they have legal authority to enter into this Agreement.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>12. Electronic Signature and Digital Waiver<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Electronic signatures submitted through systems including but not limited to <\/span><strong>CourtReserve, GHL, registration platforms, or digital forms<\/strong><span> shall be considered legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>13. Governing Law<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the <\/span><strong>State of Michigan<\/strong><span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>14. Severability<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>\n    &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <strong>15.
